Felicijan Chiropractic provides quality care for all budgets. If you have questions if your insurance will cover Felicijan Chiropractic, please call the number on the back of your insurance card. It is recommended to inquire about out of network benefits. Most insurance have a separate coverage for out of network.
We do accept auto accidents, personal injury, workers compensation, and other health insurance plans listed below, including Medicare. To learn more about our payment options for chiropractic care, you can call our office directly. For patients who have no chiropractic insurance coverage, payment options are available including credit card, cash, Credit Care, and payment plans. Chiropractic care is extremely cost effective and affordable for everyone.

HMO INSURANCE PATIENTS: We are currently not in network with most HMO insurances and per your contract with the HMO, they will not accept charges outside of network unless referred by a primary care physician. Therefore we will not bill any HMO insurance without an accepted referral. If you have any further questions please read the NON PARTICIPATING PROVIDER section in our Financial Policy for all patients or the MEDICARE REPLACEMENT/ADVANTAGE PLAN section in the Financial Policies for Medicare patients listed below.
MEDICAID PATIENTS: We are currently not in network with MEDICAID, therefore patients will be considered a cash patient and asked to pay for services in full at time of service with cash, check or credit card. If you have any further questions please read the PATIENT WITHOUT INSURANCE section in the Financial Policy for all patients.

x-rays or a report. To save time, please print and fill out New Patient Paperwork and Notice of Privacy ahead of your scheduled visit. If you have been in an auto accident and are a current patient please fill out an Auto Injury Form.
